At AX Deer Supplements, we prioritize the health and safety of wildlife by following strict biosecurity protocols. Due to the inherent nature of feed products and the potential for contamination, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or unopened packages of feed or minerals. 

Therefore, all sales of deer feed and deer supplements are final.

Contamination Risks:

Deer feed is susceptible to spoilage, mold, and contamination from various sources, including improper storage, exposure to moisture, and pests. Once a product leaves our control, we cannot guarantee its storage conditions or prevent potential contamination. Introducing potentially contaminated feed back into our inventory poses a significant risk to the health of deer and other wildlife.

Defective Product Replacement:

While we cannot accept returns for contamination concerns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe you have received a defective product (e.g., damaged packaging leading to compromised feed quality upon arrival), please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a defective product replacement, please provide the following:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the defect
  • Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and/or defective feed

Upon review and verification of the defect, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Please Note:

  • "Defective" refers to issues arising from manufacturing or packaging, not from improper storage or handling by the customer after delivery.
  • We do not offer refunds for any reason other than verified defective product replacement.
  • Please inspect all shipments upon arrival.
